The Vision
From Flying Aircraft to Building Better Flight Operations
Over the years, Francisco recognized that successful corporate aviation requires much more than an aircraft and qualified pilots. It requires systems.
That experience became the foundation for Corporate Flight Ops.
Today, Francisco is developing Corporate Flight Ops around one central objective:
"To help aircraft owners and corporate flight departments transform aviation experience and operational knowledge into structured, repeatable, and professional operating systems."
Rather than depending entirely on individual knowledge or informal processes, Corporate Flight Ops is being built to help organizations create flight departments that operate through documented procedures, clear standards, accountability, and operational discipline.
Founder Philosophy
Experience. Knowledge. Systems.
Francisco brings a perspective developed from multiple sides of aviation: airline operations, corporate aviation, aircraft command, training, standardization, management, and international flight operations.
"A professional flight department should not depend on one person knowing what to do. It should have a system that defines how the operation is supposed to work."
That philosophy is at the core of Corporate Flight Ops.
